1- Transfer-turkey.com accepts bookings subject to the following Booking Conditions. A `Client` is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel www.transfer-turkey.com A `Product` is any service sold by www.transfer-turkey.com. All Clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Booking Conditions. A contract between the Client and www.transfer-turkey.com comes into existence when www.transfer-turkey.com has confirmed the booking in writing and issued a Confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. No employees or representatives of www.transfer-turkey.com has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of www.transfer-turkey.com, unless such be in writing and signed by the Director of www.transfer-turkey.com.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival date.
Clients can pay bookings fees on arrival date of their flight as cash.
Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered.
www.transfer-turkey.com is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services all of the service provided bears www.transfer-turkey.com guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by www.transfer-turkey.com, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than www.transfer-turkey.com is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer`s choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay.
It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents www.transfer-turkey.com is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by www.transfer-turkey.com but without liability.
Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel www.transfer-turkey.com shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on transfer.
